Gentle & Chair Yoga
Yoga made easy for people who thought yoga wasn’t for them.

My classes are accessible, welcoming, and designed to help you move with more ease, build strength and balance, calm your mind, and feel more at home in your body. All body shapes, sizes, ages, and experience levels are welcome. You can practice in person in Port Orange, online from home, or on demand when it fits your schedule.

In Shedding Shame: Finding Freedom to Live an Authentic Life, Krista shares her journey of letting go of shame, releasing the masks she wore to feel accepted, and learning to live with more honesty, courage, and freedom. This book is for anyone who has ever felt like they were hiding parts of themselves, living by other people’s expectations, or longing to feel more fully at home in their own life.
