About Shedding Shame

Would you like to live a more authentic life?
Is there room for more freedom and joy in your life?
Do you feel like there are parts of yourself that no one knows?
Are you feeling the call to let go of what’s been holding you down?

In Shedding Shame: Finding Freedom to Live an Authentic Life, I take you on a journey of my life challenges. I write about the shame of my childhood growing up with gay parents and losing my father to AIDS.  And the shame I developed from my marriage full of dysfunction and mental illness, which ultimately ending in divorce. I share my path to unravel the shame holding me back, where I’ve been, and how it’s gotten me to where I am today, living my best, authentic life.

It's personal, it’s raw, it's vulnerable.

Ultimately, I hope my heartwarming and personal stories will help you reflect on the secrets you’ve been holding onto in your own life and the patterns that might be holding you back.  I want my life story to offer you hope as you discover ways you might be able to heal. And I want it to offer you inspiration to find the courage to live your most authentic life.

Reading this book will help you know you're not alone.

See for yourself.
