Have you wanted to meditate, but feel like you just can’t seem to do it on your own?

Maybe you’ve tried before and found it hard to quiet your mind.
Maybe you’re not sure if you’re doing it “right.”
Maybe you’ve been curious about meditation, but haven’t had the structure, support, or accountability to make it happen.

This free experience is for you.

I’m offering two free live group meditation sessions to help you discover what meditation feels like when you’re supported in real time. You can attend one or the other, or join us for both.

One session will be offered in person and by livestream, and the other will be held live online.

Each session includes:

  • 20 minutes of guided group meditation

  • 20 minutes of live Q&A

  • A brief introduction to my upcoming course, where I’ll help you become a meditator in 30 days

There is something powerful about meditating in a group. Practicing together creates a shared energy that can make meditation feel easier, deeper, and more accessible. It also gives you a dedicated appointment on your calendar, a time to show up for yourself, and the accountability that so many people need to finally build consistency.

If you’ve ever thought, “I can’t meditate,” this is your opportunity to experience meditation in a different way.

You do not need experience. You do not need to know how to do it. You just need to come as you are.

Join me for one or both free sessions, experience the support of meditating together, and see what becomes possible for you.
