This 8-week in-depth course created especially for women will explore the 7 major energy centers of the body known as chakras or wheels of life that take you beyond the physical practice of yoga. The course will include yoga postures as well as teaching, discussion and off the mat practices.

Week 2 - 1st Chakra: Your foundation and feeling grounded. Learn how to manage your fear and anxiety.
Week 3 - 2nd Chakra: Feeling pleasure. Learn to experience joy through all your senses, awakening your creativity and sensuality.
Week 4 - 3rd Chakra: Personal power and self- esteem. Learn to release feelings of shame and insecurity to grow your confidence.
Week 5 - 4th Chakra: The Heart. Discover how you love other people, how you love yourself and even more, how you let other people love you.
Week 6 - 5th Chakra: Self-expression and finding your voice. Learn how to speak up for yourself, speak your truth and be heard.
Week 7 - 6th Chakra: Intuition. Learn how to cultivate, trust and listen to your intuition.
