Calm in Community; 4 Weeks of Guided Meditation

Join us for a 4-week online group meditation experience designed to help you stay consistent, find calm, and feel the profound connection of meditating in a community.

Each week, we’ll gather to explore mindfulness, deepen our practice, and support one another on this journey to inner peace and clarity. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned meditator, this is your chance to prioritize your well-being with accountability and the power of group energy.

Group Meditations are the 4 Tuesday in February at 7am.

The first gathering on February 4th will include a guided meditation, introduction, instructions, and tips for establishing your own meditation practice.

The following weeks will begin with a 20 minute meditation followed by an optional opportunity for questions and discussions.
