Embrace Your Authenticity:
A Journey of Self-Discovery
An Intimate Full Day Yoga Retreat at My Home
Join me for a transformative all day retreat, supported by community at my own personal sanctuary - my home on the river in South Daytona. This intimate, small group experience is designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and supportive environment where growth and self-awareness are at the forefront.
Your day begins with a gentle yoga class by the river, setting a peaceful tone for the experiences to come. Throughout the day, engage in a variety of practices aimed at supporting your healing journey and helping you connect with your most authentic self.
During free time, you can relax on the property, taking in the sights and sounds of nature, from hawks and dolphins to the gentle flow of the river. Whether you choose to unwind in the yard or on the dock, the tranquil scenes will provide a perfect backdrop for reflection and relaxation.
Immerse yourself in this intimate experience with the powerful energy of the new moon, elevated through live music, fueled by delicious food. Plant seeds, nurture growth, and align with source as you journey to embrace your authentic self.
This retreat is not just an escape, but a journey towards greater awareness and personal growth, all within a supportive and nurturing environment.
Unique to this retreat, Krista’s “other mom”, Lynda will offer her support and gifts as a social worker trained in hypnosis and all around really cool person.
We look forward to welcoming you and sharing this special experience together.
