Chair Yoga offers all the qualities and the benefits of my gentle yoga class but with the assistance of a chair. In this chair yoga class, you move in a way that you actually get the chance to breathe deeper and to really listen to your body and make adjustments as needed.
Chair yoga is ideal for but not limited to seniors and older adults and those with injuries or with limited mobility. This class is open to all levels and will always give permission for you to go at your own pace.
This is a great class for those looking to increase their balance, strength, and flexibility.
