This class allows for a gentle yoga practice, moving through postures at a slower pace. In this class we move in a way that you actually get the chance to breathe deeper and to really listen to your body and make adjustments as needed.

The slower pace is also perfect for those students new to yoga because you have time to learn the postures and the flows. It is open to all levels and will always give permission for you to go at your own pace. This is a great class for beginners, seniors and those looking to increase their flexibility.
