The New Moon is a sacred time of new beginnings, self-reflection, and intention-setting. As the sky clears of moonlight, we, too, have the opportunity to clear space within ourselves—to let go of the past and make room for what we truly desire.
On this beautiful morning by the ocean, I led a New Moon Meditation to help us pause, breathe, and listen deeply to our own hearts. With the soft rhythm of the waves and the fresh morning air surrounding us, we embraced stillness, tapped into our intuition, and allowed our deepest dreams to rise to the surface.
In This Meditation, We Focused On:
Finding Comfort & Stillness – Settling into a position that allows the spine to be long, inviting relaxation and presence.
Connecting with the Breath – Using mindful breathing to anchor into the moment.
Listening to Intuition – Tuning in to the quiet voice within, the one that already knows our deepest desires.
Setting Intentions – Bringing awareness to our dreams in areas like personal growth, relationships, health, and abundance.
Releasing & Trusting – Letting our desires flow freely, releasing them to the universe with trust and ease.
