Yoga Eye Exercises to Improve Your Eyesight

Yoga eye exercises can actually help to improve your eyesight. This short video will give you all you need to know to practice these exercises. Do them on a regular basis and watch your eyesight improve.

Did you know that yoga can actually be really good for your eyesight? There are some really simple eye exercises that you can do that will improve your actual eyesight.

This exercises put your eyes in all different directions to activate and strengthen the muscles of the eyes just like you would any other muscle. This movement is what leads to better eyesight.

Keep the head and the body still. Just move the eyes. Start by looking up and down repeating this movement several times.

Then look from side to side all without moving the head or the shoulders. Repeat this several times.

You can even look all the way up into one corner corner of the eye and then down into the opposite corner. And again, repeat this several times.

Start with five repetitions each and progress to 10.

Let your eyes rest at any point in between the exercises.

Overtime, with regular practice, you can improve your eyesight!
