Embrace the tranquility of gentle yoga at the edge of the ocean. Join us for a soothing beach yoga session where the calming sounds of the ocean and the warmth of the sun above enhance your practice. This class moves at a slower pace, allowing you to breathe deeply, listen to your body, and make adjustments as needed.
Suitable for all levels, our Beach Yoga class is held monthly. Come and find peace and calm, moving at your own pace and connecting with nature.
Prepare for the elements – bring a jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat as needed.
This beach yoga class will be extra special because Karl Miranda will be with us on the beach offering live music to accompany our practice.
We will meet at Winter Haven Park located at 4589 South Atlantic Avenue in Ponce Inlet which is about 3 miles south of Dunlawton on A1A. There is ample parking as well as bathrooms and showers. Please bring an old yoga mat or large beach towel (you don't want to use your regular studio mat).
