The YogaWalk has been canceled this evening due to thunderstorms in the area.

A YogaWalk™, is a unique experience combining all the benefits of yoga with the benefits of walking in a truly incredible outdoor environment. On this adventure we take a walk improving strength and cardiovascular health and along the way we take breaks to practice mindful yoga postures that are conducive to our surroundings.

This YogaWalk will take place in Daytona Beach. Park at the Daytona Beach Regional Library (City Island) located at 105 Jackie Robinson Pkwy. We’ll meet at the pavilion along the river at the edge of the parking lot. And we will make our way over the Orange Avenue Bridge to the Silver Beach Ave. Beach Approach and back.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and since we will be outdoors be prepared for the elements with sunglasses, hats, layers, sunscreen, bug spray etc.
