This class was my first in-depth study of yoga and it exceeded my expectations in all areas of focus. One of the parts I especially looked forward to and enjoyed was the sharing and discussion part of class. Honesty and courage required! Yoga is a perfect embodiment of the expression that states the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Thank you, Krista, for creating the opportunity.

In this course, I learned so much more than just yoga postures. This course has helped me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I had chronic pain in my back and hips but after taking this 8-week course, my back and hips are stronger, more flexible, and I have less pain. And I am on less medication than I was 8 weeks ago. I learned to appreciate myself as a person and clearly define what kind of person I want to be. Now, I can envision what I want out of life. I am a happier and more positive person. Krista’s Yoga course was been an eye-opening and invaluable experience. I recommend it to anyone who would like to learn more about yoga, more about themselves, and want to improve their life.
