This class allows for a gentle yoga practice, moving through postures at a slower pace. In this class we move in a way that you actually get the chance to breath deeper and to really listen to your body and make adjustments as needed. The slower pace is also perfect for those students new to yoga because you have time to learn the postures and the flows. It is open to all levels and will always give permission for you to go at your own pace. This is a great class for beginners, seniors and those looking to increase their flexibility.
This class is being offered online using Zoom. You need to download the Zoom App prior to class on your computer or mobile device. Be sure to set up a free account with your email and name.

Month to month membership for unlimited classes for $65.
