I offer one on one sessions in person or online that use the practice of yoga as a tool to help you become a better version of yourself. These sessions are tailored made just for you based on what you need and what you want to work on. For someone new to yoga, these sessions might involve learning the basic yoga postures so you can feel more comfortable in class. For others we might go deeper, utilizing other yoga practices and life coaching tools to help you achieve total health and happiness. Whatever your goals and desires, we will work together to help you uncover the best possible version of you.
