Gentle Yoga is an incredible tool to help you get healthy, reduce stress, and increase your quality of life.

There are a variety of videos listed below to choose from so you can try them all and find the one that best suits you. One is all floor postures that will help increase your flexibility and get your blood flowing. Another video is done entirely with the support of a chair which means you never even have to go to the floor. And yet another is only 5 minutes for those days when you know you want and need to move but you have a full day planned and exercise seems like just one more thing to do.

All the videos are gentle, short and easy to follow and will leave you feeling lighter afterward. Just do your best. Go at your own pace. And start connecting with your body and heart again. You won’t regret it!

Gentle Yoga: 5 Introduction Videos

Gentle Yoga Stretch 7 minutes

This gentle yoga stretch practice is done completely on the floor and will help you to increase your flexibility and get your blood flowing.


Standing Chair Practice 8 minutes

This practice guides you through a series of standing postures using the chair as support.  You never even have to come to the floor. It offers strength and balance and breath all supporting you to feel more open.


5 Minute Practice 5 minutes

This video contains a gentle 5 minute practice. We can all find 5 minutes to give to ourselves.  This practice begins with a Sun Salutation and includes strong standing postures giving you a little bit of everything even when you only have 5 minutes.


10 Minute Practice 10 minutes

This practice offers a gentle but dynamic flow.  It includes balances, warriors, and planks all intended to offer you some challenge in your practice. Stay with your breath and make modifications where you need to.


30 Minute Nature Practice 30 minutes

This is a nice 30 minute yoga practice recorded outdoors by the water.  I encourage you to make some time to be outside either with this practice or another time in your day.   This practice uses blocks so feel free to explore how props can support you in your practice.
